Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or cancellation, visit account.ironmaidenbeer.eu. No account is required — simply enter the email address you used when placing your order and you will receive a one-time access code. Once logged in, you can view your order details and initiate a return or cancellation directly. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Alcoholic beverages: Once a sealed alcoholic beverage has been opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned. This applies to all beer, wine, rum, and other alcoholic products in our range. Sealed, unopened products remain eligible for return within the applicable return window.

Custom and personalized products: Items that have been made to order or personalised cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, visit account.ironmaidenbeer.eu. No account is required — enter the email address used when placing your order and you will receive a one-time access code by email. Once verified, you can access your order and submit a withdrawal, return, or cancellation request directly. You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled using the same process.

Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed alcoholic beverages that have been unsealed or opened after delivery. Once opened, these products cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@universal-marketing.at.
